JEZZINE PARK

Public BBQ

Jezzine Park combines spectacular Townsville harbour views with fascinating wartime history. This well-maintained park features walking trails, historic gun placements from its army barracks past, and abundant close-up wildlife. While summer walking can get toasty, the shaded areas provide instant relief. The park offers plenty of sheltered BBQs, making it popular for picnics, plus a great playground for kids. Fair warning: toilets are positioned quite a trek from the playground, and the playground suits children over 3. The daily-cleaned BBQ facilities and scenic boardwalks make this Townsville's most beloved family destination.
